Abstract

|
The anomalous scattering facters of X-ray are compared among three different calculation of f´(w) and f"(w) for isolated atoms : (1) by Ho"nl(quantum theory), (2) by Parratt and Hempstead(semi-empirical theory) and (3) by Cromer and Liberman(relativistic quantum theory). The fine structures of f´(w) and f"(w) near the absorption edge also reviewed from the viewpoint of the band theory and the dispersion relation.
